Note Me For Commissions


I just wanted to clarify an issue that has come to my attention regarding the use of my work by other artists to either ink or color. Unless you are specifically listed in my journal as someone who has permission to use my work, don't do it. Don't ask me after you have colored or inked one of my pieces and say " I hope you don't mind . " I do mind. If I have done a sketch for free for someone else and you want to ink it, ask FIRST . Unless I was compensated for the artwork by someone who commissioned me, ask. (If someone pays me for a drawing and then wants to have someone color it, I don't care. I was compensated for the work I did. It is their property and they can do as they please. The only right I don't relinquish is publishing rights. I gotta get payed a wee bit more than I charge for commissions to give up that right .) Trust me, it is not going to be worth the nuisance I make of myself if you use or alter any of my pieces without my permission FIRST. Now on with our regularly scheduled programming.
